Meet Nancy
Nancy is the owner of Blue Sapphire Designs in Harrisburg, SD. Before founding Blue Sapphire Designs, Nancy began her career at Disneyland, where her most notable achievement was transforming the Haunted Mansion ride into Tim Burton’s: Nightmare Before Christmas! She also designed countless fairytale weddings that would make any Disney princess envious.
After leaving Disney, Nancy launched her own floral and event company, bringing her creative vision to life across Southern California. Her most notable accomplishments include serving as the exclusive florist for Anaheim Disney Resort Parks and Hotels, providing floral and design props for Super Bowl LVI in Los Angeles, and designing Christmas décor for the prestigious Waldorf Astoria in Southern California.
With 21 years in the event design industry and a passion for fashion-forward, eclectic designs, Nancy now owns and operates Blue Sapphire Designs, where she continues to push the boundaries of distinctive style.
When she's not creating stunning floral designs for her clients, Nancy loves spending time with her husband and their three active boys, Luke, Paul, and John. In her free time, she enjoys prop fabrication, woodworking, and exploring her creative passions.
